The sound of romantic music was absent, but romance was alive and strong at Smathers Beach during this Key West proposal. Jeffrey and Camber met while studying music for post graduate degrees at the same midwestern university and quickly fell in love with each other. They planned a trip to Key West that coincided with their second anniversary as a couple so Jeffrey decided that would be the perfect time to propose. They came to beautiful Smathers Beach in Key West, Florida for a romantic walk. During the walk, Jeffrey held her hands, dropped to one knee and proposed. Camber said "Yes!"
